Shocked. I would not like to be a member of the Government having to make a decision on this. So much is at stake. Lives that may be lost if Covid gets out of control again, businesses that may never re open. Jobs lost. The problem now compared to March is that a significant percentage of the population will refuse to comply. What then?
The only possible solution I see is that the Central Bank goes full helicopter cash direct to the private sector.
